Parameters<br />

Places a reference to the specified DLPDFFORM<br />

into the specified content structure, with the<br />

lower left corner of the form positioned at<br />

(X,Y), <strong>and</strong> with the specified rotation <strong>and</strong> scaling<br />

factors.<br />

• DLPDFCONTENT *Content: Represents the<br />

content element. These structures are<br />

destroyed when associated with a page or<br />

form, <strong>and</strong> pointers to them should not be<br />

used after that time.<br />

• DLPDFFORM *Form<br />

• ASFixed X: X coordinate for Form<br />

placement<br />

• ASFixed Y: Y coordinate for Form<br />
