DLI, and displays the fonts which the Adobe PDF Library was able to locate on the
host system.
Concepts and Facilities: Guide to the DL Pager Composition System
NOTE: On machines with lengthy resource listings (i.e. numerous fonts available),
this application may take a minute or two to complete. Some time may elapse
before any completion messages appear onscreen.
For each single-byte Type 1 or TrueType font found, a font will be created in DLI
with the same name and type. Each character of a target encoding will then be
displayed in a grid formation, to verify proper font creation. Fonts of other types (e.g.
MultiMaster fonts, Type 0 fonts) will be noted in the Table of Contents, but not used
for font creation.
See the source code comments in Fontverification.c for more information on
how the resource lists are compiled, and what options are available for maintaining
them and controlling how they are compiled.
