This method behaves like dlpdffontcreate, except that:
• The font will be embedded (if possible) regardless of the overall document settings.
• If the subset flag is TRUE, the embedded font will be subset.
• If the subset flag is FALSE, the embedded font will not be subset.
NOTE: Type0 fonts must be subset if they are embedded.
dlpdffontcreatewithmetrics
This method allows the user greater control over the font selection process, and
permits alteration of the width table, encoding vector and font attributes of the font
returned. This call should be used when the characteristics of a font need to be altered.
The application using this function should initialize the PDEFontAttrs structure
with NULL values before calling. It should then fill out the name of the font to be
