Technical Notes<br />

1 Each of these is the width of the character in that position, in EMs. If this is NULL,<br />

the default character widths in the requested encoding of the FontAttrs<br />

structure are used. This must be NULL for Type0 fonts.<br />

2 Each of these is the PostScript name of the character to use for the specified code<br />

point. If this is NULL, the encoding specified in the PDEFontAttrs structure is<br />

used. This must be NULL for Type0 fonts. It is highly recommended that you<br />

supply a width table when specifying an encoding vector.
