Adds a new name and an associated destination
(as a COS structure) to the name tree, which
will be named as defined in TreeName.
“Dests” is the default TreeName value, which
is assumed if NULL is used.
• DLPDFDOC *Doc: Represents the document
structure and the current status of the
document at all times.
• char *TreeName: TreeName string, or
NULL for default TreeName.
