Technical Notes<br />

1 Each of these is the width of the character in that position, in EMs. If NULL, the<br />

default character widths in the requested encoding of the PDEFontAttrs<br />

structure are used. This must be NULL for Type0 fonts.<br />

2 Each of these is the PostScript name of the character to use for the specified code<br />

point. If NULL, the encoding specified in the PDEFontAttrs structure is used.<br />

This must be NULL for Type0 fonts. When specifying an encoding vector, a width<br />

table is highly recommended.
