Configuring the <strong>TAINY</strong> <strong>GMOD</strong>-Sx<br />

Connection via:<br />

Specifies the dial-up connection which the service PC uses to<br />

communicate with the <strong>TAINY</strong> <strong>GMOD</strong>-Sx. The service PC is<br />

connected to the service interface of the <strong>TAINY</strong> <strong>GMOD</strong>-Sx<br />

(please also see Execute the installation program install.exe,<br />

page 23). Or the service PC is connected via modem (remote<br />

service) with the <strong>TAINY</strong> <strong>GMOD</strong>-Sx – please also see Remote<br />

configuration, page 69.<br />

Permissible characters for user name and password:<br />

• max. 30 characters, no space, no special characters<br />

The configuration program writes the user name and password<br />

specified here into the Windows dial-up connection which the<br />

service PC uses to connect to the <strong>TAINY</strong> <strong>GMOD</strong>-Sx.<br />
