8 Log File: Connection Statistics for the Current Connection<br />
The <strong>TAINY</strong> <strong>GMOD</strong>-Sx records the details of all GPRS connections in the log file. Only<br />
when the memory capacity of 20 KB is fully used are the old data overwritten by new<br />
data.<br />
Viewing the log file Prerequisites:<br />
• The configuration program <strong>TAINY</strong> <strong>GMOD</strong>-SxConfig is<br />
installed on the PC which you use to view the log file of the<br />
<strong>TAINY</strong> <strong>GMOD</strong>-Sx.<br />
Proceed as follows:<br />
1. Connect the service PC to the <strong>TAINY</strong> <strong>GMOD</strong>-Sx.<br />
Switch the <strong>TAINY</strong> <strong>GMOD</strong>-Sx to service mode by pressing the<br />
service button (longer than 1 second, max. 3 seconds).<br />
2. Execute the configuration program <strong>TAINY</strong> <strong>GMOD</strong>-SxConfig on<br />
the service PC. Start it as follows insofar as the specifications<br />
have been taken over during installation of this program:<br />
In the Start menu select Programs, <strong>Neuhaus</strong>, <strong>TAINY</strong> <strong>GMOD</strong>-<br />
Sx, <strong>TAINY</strong> <strong>GMOD</strong>-SxConfig<br />
3. In the Log file menu click on View log file.<br />
Effect:<br />
The configuration program loads the log file from the<br />
<strong>TAINY</strong> <strong>GMOD</strong>-Sx into the PC and displays the set parameters.<br />
4. Switch the <strong>TAINY</strong> <strong>GMOD</strong>-Sx back to normal<br />
operating/application mode by again pressing the service<br />
button (longer than 1 second, max. 3 seconds).<br />
You can also view the statistics of all GPRS connections. To do this please refer to the<br />
chapter Displaying Device and Status Information.<br />
