• EBI sold its 50 percent share in Interbrew Efes Brewery in Romania to InBev<br />

• The Initial Public Offering of CCİ was completed (2006).<br />
• EBI acquired 100 percent of Georgia’s leading brewer, JSC Lomisi Ltd<br />

• EBI and Heineken decided to enter into a strategic partnership in the<br />
