• EBI acquired 100 percent of Georgia’s leading brewer, JSC Lomisi Ltd<br />

(2008).<br />

• EBI and Heineken decided to enter into a strategic partnership in the<br />

Serbian and Kazakh markets and completed mergers in Serbia and<br />
