Carriageways Life Cycle <strong>Plan</strong>14.3 ConditionThe condition of the asset is assessed by regular inspection and by using anumber of assessment techniques. <strong>Newcastle</strong> <strong>City</strong> <strong>Council</strong> has a conditioninspection regime, with information recorded in the Symology database.
