All 35 systems are connected to theGOS gate operating system with an interface to AmericanAirlines’ FOS for automated docking initiation and data collectionof in and out times. When not docking aircraft the Safedockdisplays serve as a ramp information display (RIDS) providingtimely information to ground crews.
