Monitoring and evaluationalso provide individuals—rights holders—and communities with information to holdgovernments to account when rights are notbeing upheld.ConclusionHundreds <strong>of</strong> millions <strong>of</strong> the world’s men andwomen wish to have children by choice and notby chance.
