The pump should deliver a total ofapproximately 6 mL of solvent (600 µL per purge cycle × 10 cycles).step 13 Next de-select Side A and select Side B.step 14 Click the Purge Now button to purge the B pump.step 15 Collect the purge output for pump B and verify that the total volume is approximately 6 mL.step 16 Enter 100 for the µL Flush volume and select a flow rate appropriate for the maximum flow of thechannel. For high flow channels, select 10 for the µL/min Total Flow rate. For low flow channels,select 6500 for the nL/min Total Flow rate.
