This section will review anautosampler method appropriate for loading a trap with Channel 1, and running a gradient with Channel2.step 1 Place the sample vial containing the standard test mixture in vial position A1 of autosampler 48-vialtray.step 2 Click Run Manager in the Acquisition Window to open the Run Manager display (Figure 5-6).Figure 5-6.
