This section will review anautosampler method appropriate for loading a trap with Channel 1, <strong>and</strong> running a gradient with Channel2.step 1 Place the sample vial containing the st<strong>and</strong>ard test mixture in vial position A1 of autosampler 48-vialtray.step 2 Click Run Manager in the Acquisition Window to open the Run Manager display (Figure 5-6).Figure 5-6. Run Manager Windowstep 3 If you do not see a picture of the 48-vial tray in the Run Manager Window select the Devices >Autosampler Device Settings menu to set the tray type.
