5.4 Creating an Autosampler MethodQuick-start Guide..37The parameters used for loading the sample into the injection valve and for rinsing the autosamplersyringe and sample needle are stored in the autosampler method. This section will review anautosampler method appropriate for loading a trap with Channel 1, and running a gradient with Channel2.step 1 Place the sample vial containing the standard test mixture in vial position A1 of autosampler 48-vialtray.step 2 Click Run Manager in the Acquisition Window to open the Run Manager display (Figure 5-6).Figure 5-6. Run Manager Windowstep 3 If you do not see a picture of the 48-vial tray in the Run Manager Window select the Devices >Autosampler Device Settings menu to set the tray type.
