Select firm level ground.2. Be sure to use a loading dock or ramp.3. Be sure to have a signal person when loading/unloadingthe machine.4. Always turn the auto-idle switch, auto-accelerationswitch OFFand power mode switch P or E when loading orunloading the machine, to avoid unexpected speedincrease due to unintentional operation of a controllever.5. Always select the slow travel with the shift lever.6. Avoid steering while driving up or down the ramp asit is extremely dangerous. If steering is unavoidable,first move back to the ground or flatbed, modify travelingdirection, and begin to drive again.7. The top end of the ramp where it meets the flatbedis a sudden bump. Take care when traveling over it.8. Prevent possible injury from machine tipping whilethe upperstructure is rotating.9. Keep the arm tucked under and rotate the upperstructureslowly for best stability.10. Turn the brake switch to the parking (P) position.Place blocks in front of and behind the tires to securethe machine.11. Securely fasten chain or cables to the machineframe. Refer to "transporting" chapter in this manualfor details.12. When the machine is not equipped with the frontattachment, don’t swing the upperstructure.
