OPERATOR'S STATIONENGINE CONTROL MODE SELECTIONSWITCHThe engine control mode, pedal, dial, or creeper, is selectedby operating the engine control mode selectionswitch.123!" Pedal Mode (1)Normal travel mode. Operating the forward/reversepedal controls the engine speed. When the forward/reversepedal is stepped on, the engine speed increases.When the pedal is returned to neutral, the enginespeed is reduced. When the shift lever is in neutraland the brake switch is in the S (braking in operation)position, operating the forward/reverse pedal controlsthe engine speed. The engine speed can also be controlledwith the engine control dial in this mode. Operatingthe forward/reverse pedal controls the engine speedfaster than the speed set by the engine control dial.MCBB-01-024!" Dial Mode (2)Normal operation mode.
