At present HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank andAXIS Bank are the only three private sector banks authorized by theGovernment. Details of the bank are to be furnished in the commercialoffer.means the unavailability of the application services due to maintenanceactivities such as configuration changes, upgradation or changes to anysupporting infrastructure wherein prior intimation (at least two workingdays in advance) of such planned outage shall be given and approvalsought from the Client as applicable;means the unavailability of the network services due to infrastructuremaintenance activities such as configuration changes, upgradation orchanges to any supporting infrastructure. Prior intimation of such plannedoutage shall be given and approval sought from the Client as applicableand shall be notified at least two working days;means Pilot, Project Implementation (roll out) and Maintenance in terms ofthe Agreement;Projectmeans Project Implementation as per the testing standards andVolume III Request for Proposal for Selection of System Integrator Page 39 of 132
