Procurement, deployment and commissioning of the required Networking equipments &connectivity,vi.vii.viii.ix.Note:Data Entry and digitization of the records available in the paper files and migration of thedata available in the existing databases,Training to the staff members and stakeholders of the Department and necessaryChange Management, andProvisioning of Change Management and Handholding support for a period of one yearpost successful Go Live of CCTNS SolutionOperations and maintenance of the system including providing technical support for ITsolution for a period of 5 years starting from the date of successful Go Live of CCTNSSolution‣ SI will have to implement the Solution keeping in mind the functions and services of thedepartment and at the end the solution shall include all the necessary applicationmodules as well as hardware components as per the requirements of Sikkim Police‣ The selected SI shall implement the solution based on the requirements identified in thisRFP and shall suggest improvements (if any) at the time of the designing the solution.
