Number of cases reported to be solved because of theavailability of <strong>CCTNS</strong>12. Number of ad-hoc requests successfully responded to using<strong>CCTNS</strong>13. Turnaround Time for submitting the monthly and annualcrime/criminal information to NCRB from the State/UTA credit will be gained for each of the above parameters if the uptakefor that parameter shows significant improvement.The following table applies for each of the above parameters:% increase over themeasurement in the lastreporting periodCredits>5 & 10 & 15% 49. Violations and Associated Penalties(a) The primary intent of Penalties is to ensure that the system performs in accordance with thedefined service levels. Penalties are not meant to be punitive or, conversely, a vehicle foradditional fees.(b) A six monthly performance evaluation will be conducted using the six monthly reportingperiods of that period.(c) Penalty Calculations. The framework for Penalties, as a result of not meeting the ServiceLevel Targets are as follows:(i) The performance will be measured for each of the defined service level metric against theminimum / target service level requirements and the violations will be calculatedaccordingly.(ii) The number of violations in the reporting period for each level of severity will be totaledand used for the calculation of Penalties.a. If the total number of credits gained by the <strong>SI</strong> is lower than the total number of highseverity violations in the reporting period, the total number of credits will besubtracted from the total number of High Severity Violations in the reporting periodfor the calculation of Penalties.b. If the total number of credits gained by the <strong>SI</strong> is higher than the total number ofhigh severity violations in the reporting period, the resultant total number of highseverity violations in the reporting period for calculation of penalties will beconsidered as zero (0).Volume <strong>III</strong> Request for Proposal for Selection of System Integrator Page 78 of 132
