Pass transistors that connect outputs of the LE to the wiring tracks has a powerup protection, as show in the following figure During the power-up powerupb signal has to be kept low to avoid conflicts when two different outputs drive the same wiring tracks. Finally, we simulate the connection box, as shown in the following figures
The first figure shows that the input to the top LE follows various track inputs (not all of them are shown for clarity. The second figure shows how power-up protection functions. All of the pass transistors were set to pass the values, but when the power-up protection is activated, all of them cut-off, and do not pass values any more.
