In 2001,DCC established the DCC SharesaveScheme, in which all employees inIreland and the UK were invited toparticipate. As a result, a significantpercentage of employees are nowshareholders or option holders in DCC.Learning organisationAs an organisation, DCC places greatemphasis on continuous learningand development and encouragesemployees to develop and enhancetheir skills and knowledge.
