There is no limit on the number of presentation contextsaccepted except for the DICOM limit. In the event that the Siemens DICOM application runs outof resources, it will reject the association request.When "trusted host functionality" is enabled Artis zee/zeego will only accept Associations fromknown hosts with a known AET. Hosts and AETs have to be entered in "Local Service" by aSiemens CSE.The default PDU size used will be 32 KB.4.2.3.2.2 Number of AssociationsThe Siemens Artis zee/zeego DICOM application is able to accept multiple associations at a time.It can handle up to 10 associations in parallel.The number of simultaneous DICOM associations can be configured via the Service-UI. Thedialog can be found in "Configuration / DICOM / General".4.2.3.2.3 Asynchronous NatureThe Artis zee/zeego DICOM software does not support asynchronous communication (multipleoutstanding transactions over a single association).4.2.3.2.4 Implementation Identifying InformationFor Implementation Identifying Information please refer to “Table 3 - Implementation IdentifyingInformation” in the “Conformance Statement Overview”.4.2.3.3 Association Initiation PolicyIf the result from a previously accepted Storage Commitment request is evaluated, the Artiszee/zeego DICOM application attempts to initiate a new association for• DIMSE N-EVENT-REPORT for sending commitment result from a previous request.4.2.3.3.1 Activity - Return commitment resultWhen Artis zee/zeego Storage SCP AE received a Storage Commitment request it tries to sendthe response back on the same association.
