Any com plaints filed withthe com mit tee shall be in writ ing and shall set forth in ci -dents, times, names, source of in for ma tion, and the actcom plained against. Where a writ ten test ques tion or ruleap pli ca tion was found to be wrong, all teams will re ceivethe ap pro pri ate cor rec tion. A de ci sion by a ma jor ity of thecom mit tee shall be bind ing.17. Fol low ing the award ing of the tro phies and plaques, teamstand ings will be avail able to the teams. The re sults fromall el e ments of the con test will be dis trib uted to the teamsat the con clu sion of the ban quet. The judges’ in di vid ualdis counts will be mailed to each team.18. All hours men tioned in the rules are based on lo cal time.4
