Scor ing of the test will be com pleted by at least twoqual i fied judges.MONTHLY APPARATUS CHECKS/PROBLEMDIAGNOSIS1. Monthly checks must be per formed in or der from the vi -sual in spec tion for ward and re corded. If and when de fi -cien cies are en coun tered, con tes tants must call out to thejudge and prop erly cor rect and re cord any and alldeficiencies.2. Prior to stop ping the clock; Turn-Around Main te nanceTag must be con nected to the cylinder valve, hoses mustbe con nected to the face mask and ap pa ra tus, back coveron and latched. Anti-fog agent must be ap plied to themask lens. Ap pa ra tus se rial num ber is re quired.3. Con tes tants may re turn to cor rect any un cor rected de fi -cien cies within the time limit.4. If con tes tants per form checks out of or der, there will bea one-time dis count of five (5) points as sessed.5. If checks are per formed in cor rectly, checks will be dis -counted as not per formed. For ex am ple: bal loon in flatedwith out test key in stalled.6. Thirty (30) min utes will be al lowed to com plete allchecks, re cord and cor rect any and all de fi cien cies, andbe ready to wear. There will be a five (5) min ute warn -ing given by the judge when time is about to expire.70
