WHAT TO SEND TO ABC EXECUTIVE SECRETARY AFTER THE TRIALSend a copy of the signed Judges’ Reporting Sheets and AKC trial Secretary’s report page to the ABC ExecutiveSecretary with the recording fee of $2.00 for each dog started. (1989) (2001) The ABC would prefer that clubs usethe ABC multiple report form that can be used with AKC, AF, and AFTCA. (2006)The results and the recording fee must be POSTMARKED to the ABC Executive Secretary within ten (10) days ofthe closing date of the trial, or there will be a $25.00 fine levied with a $1.00 a day fee to be charged thereafter untilthe results are received, with the recording fee of $2.00 per dog started. (March 1, 1994) Clubs should obtain a“certificate of mailing” from the post office if they wish to have proof of date of mailing in case there is a questionof penalty. Recording fees and judges’ report must BOTH be postmarked before the 10 day deadline to avoidpenalty. (2001)The ABC would also like a report of your trial for publication in the magazine. It should be typed, double-spaced,and not to exceed three pages. Pictures of winners may be submitted. The fees for pictures are the current priceslisted in the magazine. Send results, recording fees, report, pictures with payment to the ABC Executive Secretary.CHECK LIST FOR FIELD TRIALS: (not in any specific order)1. Plan for lunch on the grounds20. Arrange a Saturday night get together21. Have available bracing sheets for the gallery. (Full registered name of dogs must be listed as well as the handler)22.
