DUTIES OF POLICY NOTEBOOK COMMITTEEThe <strong>policy</strong> note<strong>book</strong> chairman shall preside over the Policy Note<strong>book</strong> Committee, which committee shall:1. Gather and publish existing <strong>policy</strong> of the ABC in a <strong>policy</strong> note<strong>book</strong>2. Maintain and update the <strong>policy</strong> note<strong>book</strong> annually3. Receive recommended <strong>policy</strong> changes and make recommendations to the Board of Directors concerningany desired <strong>policy</strong> change.4. Unless specifically requested by a <strong>club</strong>, <strong>policy</strong> <strong>book</strong>s will be available for download from the ABC website.5. Make the <strong>policy</strong> note<strong>book</strong> available to regional <strong>club</strong>s, directors and officers free on a one time basis only.Replacement copies would be at the ABC's reproduction cost plus postage.6. Make the <strong>policy</strong> note<strong>book</strong> available to ABC members at ABC's reproduction cost plus postage.7. Each chairman shall keep a file of the activities of the year to pass on to the next succeeding chairman. Thefile shall be handed to the President at the nationals to be passed to the next appointee. If such a file is not received,check with the last chairman. If no file is available, start one.8. Submit a report of activities and recommendations to the Agenda Chairman in advance of the annual Boardmeeting. This must be done far enough in advance so the Agenda Chairman can have the agenda in the hands of thedirectors six (6) weeks prior to the annual meeting. (1992)86
