Another local icon is Stanley Marsh’sCadillac Ranch, located on Interstate 40 onthe western edge of the city. Cadillac Ranchis a 1974 project by the art group, Ant Farm,consisting of Cadillacs from1949 to 1963,half-buried nose-first in the ground at anangle corresponding to the angle of theGreat pyramid of Giza.
