Budkuley: • Delivered invited talk, ‘Towards a Meaningful Welfare State: A Citizens’ Road Map’ at the Pandurang Mulgaonkar Annual Memorial Lecture, Panaji, Goa, 27 th November, 2010. • Invited Speaker on the English translation of Sanjeev Verenkar’s collection of poems, “Village Evening” by Prakash Thali, Panaji, Goa, 25 th September, 2011. • Chaired the panel discussion on “Are Our Hearts Fearless and Heads Held High? A 21 st Century Evaluation” at Indradhanush: A Festival of Colour, Panaji, Goa, to commemorate Rabindranth Tagore’s literary and cultural contribution to the Society, 24 th December 2011. • Invited Speaker on the Collection of Poetry ‘Jeenechi Gangotri’ by Chandrika Padgaonkar at the book release held at Panaji, 16 th December 2010.
