• Maria Moula Karimdjy visited the department to carry out her dissertation work<br />

from March, 2011 to May, 2011 as a part of Indo-French collaboration between<br />

Aurelie Bessiere, Chimie Paris-Tech, Paris, France, and K. R. Priolkar.<br />

• K. R. Priolkar was involved in conducting Refresher Courses in Experimental<br />

Physics sponsored by Indian Academy of Sciences, Bangalore, Indian National<br />

Science Academy, New Delhi and National Academy of Sciences India, Allahabad,<br />

at Shivaji University, Kolhapur (October 2010) and KIT Bhubaneswar (May 2011).<br />

• R. B. Tangsali delivered an invited talk on “Nanomagnetism in Nanoparticle Mixed<br />

Metal Oxides” at International Conference: Nanomaterials: Synthesis,<br />
