Health Centre
The Health Centre at Goa University caters to the medical needs of the students, teachers,
staff members and their families residing on the campus, as well as to patients from the
adjoining villages.
There is one Medical Officer and one Staff Nurse managing the Health Centre which is
open from 10.00 am to 5.30 pm on all working days.
The services provided are:
1. Emergency treatment and first aid
2. Out patient examination and treatment.
3. Centre for DOTS (T.B. Treatment).
4. Health Certification.
5. Disease surveillance.
6. Medical coverage of sports activities.
7. Health Education.
