translated as eternal life,<br />
occurs 42 times in N. T. (but not in LXX) is not endless life, but life pertaining to a certain age<br />
or aeon, or continuing during that aeon.<br />
All these suggests that the simple two age model is a simplistic model which needs further<br />
elaboration. However the revealed word gives us very little description of any age <strong>beyond</strong> the<br />
ages which is present <strong>and</strong> the next one. However we are given enough indications based on<br />
the nature <strong>and</strong> character of God <strong>and</strong> his promises to see the plan of universal salvation.<br />
However it is accomplished not in this age, but through many ages to come when God<br />
will redeem all mankind unto himself when all creation will be released from its bondage of<br />
<strong>death</strong>.<br />
1Co 2:6 -7 Yet among the mature we do impart wisdom, although it is not a wisdom of this age<br />
or of the rulers of this age, who are doomed to pass away. But we impart a secret <strong>and</strong> hidden<br />
wisdom of God, which God decreed before the ages for our glorification<br />
