SACN working procedures
Vitamin D Working Group
1. The Vitamin D Working Group (WG) was established in 2011 and met 15 times: twice in
2011, four times in 2012, four times in 2013, three times in 2014 and two times in 2015.
The final and 15 th meeting of the WG was to consider the responses received to the
scientific consultation on the draft report (see below). The minutes of all the meeting
are available on the GOV.UK website at the following link:

SACN
2. The draft report was considered by the full committee in November 2014, June 2015
and February 2016.
Consultation
3. The draft report was posted on the SACN website from 22 July to 23 September 2015
and interested parties were invited to submit comments relating to the scientific aspects
of the report.
