Patagonian glaciers represent the third<br />

largest reserve of fresh water on Earth,<br />

yet they are receding at a faster rate<br />

than anywhere else in the planet as a<br />

result of climate change. In 2015, the 21st<br />

Conference of the Parties to the United<br />

Nations Framework Convention on Climate<br />

Change (COP21) convened to reach a new<br />

international agreement to remedy situations<br />

such as these, by keeping global warming<br />
