Jorge Vilaça
Jorge Vilaça’s relationship with
art began at an early age in
Santo Tirso in Portugal’s north
where he was born, and it
continues to develop through
the constant interchange
inspired by all the places he
visits. His passion for painting
and photography dawned
in 2006, since when he has
pursued a vigorous and
coherent path, marked by
his participation in various
exhibitions and publications.
His approach reflects his
buzzing, inquisitive, artistic
personality, driving him to
study, explore and experiment
with various techniques, mixing
them and making them his
own. His works exude a great
sensuality, but also show a shy
teenager seeing the world for
the first time.
