MONTHLY OFFICER ACCESSION STATUS REPORT<br />
I. PURPOSE. To provide information concerning the status of each<br />
officer applicant from application to commissioning.<br />
II. EXPLANATION OF THE REPORT<br />
Recruiting station: self-explanatory<br />
Rs/OSO: Recruiting station/officer selection substation. The ARMS<br />
code for each OSS within the district.<br />
CLASS/GRAD YR: Class graduation year. The officer candidate<br />
course number (if an OCC), or the graduation year (if PLC).<br />
SOURCE ENTRY: Program/component. The program and component code<br />
for which the candidate has made application. Available program/<br />
component codes are shown below:<br />
1A - OCC (LAW) OE - PLC (LAW)<br />
1B - OCC (GND) OG - PLC (GND)<br />
1C - AOC (AVN) OC - PLC (AVN)<br />
1D - WOC OL - PLC (LAW)<br />
(Females Only)<br />
1L - WOC (LAW) AD - WOC (Junior)<br />
4D - SMCR<br />
DATE OF CONTRACT: The date the candidate was initially contracted.<br />
CANDIDATE: Last name, first name, and middle initial of the<br />
candidate.<br />
SSN: social security number.<br />
ORG: Organization. The highest level of approval attained to date<br />
for the candidate’s application package; i.e., RS, MCD, and HQMC.<br />
STATUS-DATE ST: Status - date/status. The date of determination<br />
for the status indicated. Status codes are shown below:<br />
A - Approved<br />
B - Pending Board Action (OCC’s only)<br />
D - Disapproved<br />
R - Returned<br />
S - Suspended<br />
APPR TRNG: Approved for training. CLS/J: Class/junior increment<br />
used for OCC’s and PLC’s Juniors. S/C: senior increment/combined<br />
course only. If a PLC Junior applicant, both the CLS/J and the<br />
projected senior training S, will be printed.<br />
OBLIG: Obligation. Indicates service obligations incurred by the<br />
candidate. FA will be indicated if the candidate is receiving<br />
financial assistance from the <strong>Marine</strong> <strong>Corps</strong>. FI will be indicated if<br />
the candidate is a participant in the FIP.<br />
XFER TO: Will be printed in those cases where a candidate is<br />
contracted at an RS and has moved or arranged to ship to training from<br />
another RS.<br />
COMM: Commissioned. The date the candidate received commission.<br />
Date is shown as a four-digit (year, month) code.<br />
DROP: The drop code (CODE) and date (DATE) for drop action<br />
concerning the candidate.<br />
