TRAINING COMPLETION REPORT (PLC/OCC)<br />
I. PURPOSE. To provide management information concerning the training<br />
status of candidates reporting for the OCC/PLC. It provides both a<br />
status roster and summary data section.<br />
II. EXPLANATION OF THE REPORT<br />
STATUS ROSTER: Provides a listing of all candidates who reported<br />
for a particular class/increment by those who completed and dropped<br />
during training.<br />
TITLE: Indicates the officer candidate course number or PLC Class/<br />
Increment for the report.<br />
AS OF: Indicates the effective date of the report.<br />
RECRUITING STATION: Self-explanatory.<br />
COMPLETION: This section of the report displays data concerning<br />
individuals completing the particular course.<br />
RS/OSS: Recruiting station/officer selection substation.<br />
Indicates the ARMS code for the responsible RSS/OSS.<br />
NAME: The name of the individual completing the course.<br />
SSN: Social security number.<br />
PROG/COMP: Program/component. Indicates the program and component<br />
of the individual who completed.<br />
CLASS STANDING: Self-explanatory.<br />
PERCENTILE: Indicates the percentage of the class/course when<br />
finished below the individual in training.<br />
CLASS AVG: Class average of the individual.<br />
DROPS DURING TRAINING: This section of the report displays data<br />
concerning those individuals who were dropped during training.<br />
NAME: The name of the individual dropped, or recycled.<br />
SSN: Social security number.<br />
PROG/COMP: Program/component. Indicates the program and component<br />
of the individual who dropped or was recycled from the course.<br />
DROP CODE: Indicates the reason the individual was dropped or<br />
recycled from training.<br />
SUMMARY DATA: Provides a numerical summary of all candidates who<br />
reported to a class/increment and a breakdown of the completion/drops.<br />
III. AVAILABILITY. Normally available 10 working days after a class/<br />
increment completes training.<br />
IV. RETENTION: This report must be maintained for 5 years.<br />
