HQMC RESERVE OFFICER ENROLLMENT REPORT (PLC/OCC)<br />
I. PURPOSE: To provide a management tool for use at the RS and OSS<br />
levels to track and monitor PLC’s/OCC’s training status for each PLC/<br />
OCC’s training increment.<br />
II. EXPLANATION OF THE REPORT<br />
PLATOON LEADERS CLASS: Indicates the year and training increment<br />
for those candidates shown on the report.<br />
AS OF: Indicates the date of the report.<br />
RECRUITING STATION: Self-explanatory.<br />
GRAD YEAR: Graduation year. The year the candidate graduates from<br />
college.<br />
PGM/COMP: Program component. Indicates the program the candidate<br />
has been enrolled in; i.e.,<br />
GND - PLC (GND) 1A - OCC (L)<br />
NA - PLC (AVN) 1B - OCC (G)<br />
LAW - PLC (LAW) 1C - OCC (A)<br />
1D - WOC<br />
4D - SMCR<br />
1L - WOC LAW<br />
STATUS: Indicates the status of the candidate; i.e., "CONT"<br />
indicates that the candidates application was forwarded to the<br />
district, but not to HQMC; "RCVD" indicates that the application<br />
arrived at HQMC but was not approved; "SEL" indicates that the<br />
candidate has been selected to attend the training indicated by the<br />
report, but did not report; "RPT" indicates that the candidate has<br />
reported to training.<br />
QUOTA YEAR: Indicates the fiscal year during which the candidate<br />
was counted towards quota.<br />
RS/OSS: Recruiting station/officer selection substation.<br />
Indicates the ARMS codes from the contracting and processing RS/OSS.<br />
CANDIDATE: The name of the candidate.<br />
SSN: Social security number of the candidate.<br />
TOTALS: Indicates the total number of candidates enrolled for<br />
training as indicated by the report heading by graduation year.<br />
XFERS BETWEEN RS: Transfers between RS. Will be printed in the<br />
case of a PLC transferring from one OSS to another.<br />
DATE: Indicates the date the candidate was transferred from one RS<br />
to another. Appears as required.<br />
SUMMARY DATA: Provides a numerical summary of all applications for<br />
a particular class. Listed by grad year and program component code for<br />
PLC’s and by program component code only for OCC’s.<br />
