• By June 30, 2009, the compliance rate with the
law prohibiting smoking in all outdoor shopping
centers and open-air shopping plazas in the
city of Outlets will average 75% as determined
by monthly observations at three locations per
site over a 6 month period.
• By June 30, 2009, four farmers’ markets will
have appropriate no smoking signage posted
at all market entrances.
