D. Other with Measurable Outcome<br />
Non-policy related objectives that do not result in individual behavior change might have a measurable<br />
outcome, such as some asset-related objectives (e.g., increased per capita spending for local tobacco control<br />
activities).<br />
If you responded “Yes” to the question <strong>of</strong> whether you have a measurable outcome, <strong>OTIS</strong> takes you to the<br />
“Scope <strong>of</strong> Work Objective View” page, where the “<strong>Evaluation</strong> Design” section includes collection <strong>of</strong> outcome<br />
data design, as shown in Figure 18.<br />
