E. Other without Measurable Outcome<br />
If you answer “No” to the question in Figure 8, <strong>OTIS</strong> takes you to the “Scope <strong>of</strong> Work Objective View”<br />
evaluation section. Objectives that are asset-related but do not have a measurable outcome, such as<br />
collaboration with other community partners to assess CX indicators. You are only prompted to enter different<br />
process data collection activities, such as satisfaction surveys or key informant interviews.<br />

<strong>OTIS</strong> uses a programmed decision tree to categorize your information and customize the evaluation plan to<br />
meet the needs <strong>of</strong> your objective (e.g. selecting outcome data collection for an objective that addresses policy<br />
implementation only).<br />
Completed data entries in the “<strong>Evaluation</strong> Design” section are now displayed in the “Scope <strong>of</strong> Work Objective<br />
View” screen.<br />
