2. Terms<br />
Throughout the evaluation section <strong>of</strong> <strong>OTIS</strong>, evaluation-related terms will be underlined as a signal to you that<br />
a definition is also provided. Just place your cursor over the underlined word and a “Bubble” will appear<br />
containing the definition <strong>of</strong> that term. See Figure 2 for an example.<br />

3. Objective<br />
<strong>OTIS</strong> requires that you complete an evaluation plan for each objective <strong>of</strong> your SOW. The objective appears<br />
on each page <strong>of</strong> each evaluation section to remind you <strong>of</strong> which evaluation plan you are working to complete.<br />
