When a workflow task is created, you have to define a container, which is a list of
variables with which the workflow task de als. This isn’t discussed here, as it is
standard workflow and has nothing to do with BRFplus. However, while creating
such a container, if the task is to be used with BRFplus, then you need to make
sure that the high-level container includes all DDIC elements that you want to use
in your BRFplus rule. This ensures that the data elements are available on the lefthand
side of the screen, as shown in Figure 9.40. Then it’s just a case of dragging
and dropping all the parameters from the left-hand side of the screen to the righthand
side of the screen. After you’ve done that, highlight the return parameter,
and click the icon at the to p of the screen that says This is a return parameter
when you hover your cursor over the icon (which looks like a tiny box with a
right pointing arrow underneath). To finish processing and leave the screen, click
Save.
