us present know who they are?

CHIEF RICHARD K. WEHTER: [Hingham, MA] Thank
you, Mr. President and members of the Association. My name is
Dick Wehter and I am Fire Chief from Hingham, Mass. I have
been a firefighter for 38 years. I started when I was 16 years old.
I come from a Town of 20,000 population and 22-and-a-half
square miles. I have a department of 58 full-time firefighters,
one full-time secretary, and eight call volunteers.
I am the past Secretary~Treasurer of the Plymouth County
Fire Chiefs Association. I am currently the First Vice President
of that association. I’m a member of the Plymouth County
Committee and the PlymouthCounty Mutual Aid Committee.
On the Massachusetts Fire Chiefss, I’ve served on the Civil
