The members of the State of Rhode Island have selected Russell
B. Lacaillade of Washington to be our Director. And after you
watch our Second Vice President Don Centracchio and our
Director Russ, who will stand and be recognized, you realize we
have the only Mutt and Jeff team.

PRESIDENT MANSFIELD: The State of New Hampshire.
CHIEF CHARLES Q. HALL: [Merrimack, NH] Mr. President,
for his second term of office for Director from New Hampshire,
we choose Brent Lemire from Litchfield, New Hampshire.
[Applause.]
PRESIDENT MANSFIELD: The State of Connecticut.
CHIEF WILLIAM A. HEALEY: [Milford, CT] Connecticut
passes at this time on the nomination.
PRESIDENT MANSFIELD: Connecticut passes on the nomination
of Director so Chief Haber will remain in office until
replaced by Connecticut.

RETIRED CHIEF GERARD A. CARLE: [Dracut, MA] I
move and give unanimous support and place the name of john
Flaherty from West Springfield to be our Director for the coming
year.

appoint because I am not president.
