2.1.1 Improve the instructional processes that lead to students' achievement of literacy, numeracy and basic life skills
Give highest priority to literacy, numeracy, and basic life skills in P1-
P4.
Provide teachers with the resources and skills they need to teach
Braille and sign language.
Ensure sufficient quantities of reading materials in Braille and sign
language.
Develop/procure materials in sign language, Braille and life skills;
Distribute and monitor the use of materials.
