It seems clear at this point, what the overall situation is. To reduce the likelihood ofaction being taken against me for speaking out, I express the following as a matter ofmy personal opinion:In my opinion, it seems clear that there is deliberate collusion between the police, thelocal council, the Magistrates courts and the bailiff companies, to act in a deliberatelyunlawful and illegal manner, claiming not to know, and being unable to understand whatthe law says, claiming to not understand the difference between “law” and “legalstatutes”. In my opinion, they will use force to take what they are not entitled to, incomplete disregard for honesty, integrity and reasonable actions.Members of the public have no recourse to any form of redress as they can’t appeal tothe police on the grounds of physical abuse as the police are likely to claim that “it is acivil matter” (which is, of course, not true as physical violence and theft are breaches ofcriminal law). In my opinion, the only protection which the police will provide is forbailiffs stealing from members of the public. Whether or not it is worthwhile lodging acomplaint against the police is debatable. Whether or not it is worthwhile attemptingaction through the civil courts is also highly doubtful, especially since the courts benefitfinancially from the racket, the police benefit financially from the racket and the localcouncil also benefits from the racket.Continued long-term opposition and total refusal to pay anything, appears to be the wayforward.**********************144
