Disassemble Control Valve 1• Be sure to read “Precautions for Disassembly andAssembly” thoroughly on page W1-1-1 beforestarting the disassembly work.1. Loosen socket bolts (1) (3 used) and socketbolts (12) (8 used) of cover (2) side to removethe cover from housing (8). Remove O-rings (3)(9 used) from the cover.:5 mm2. Remove the spool (4) to (7) and (15) to (19)assemblies from housing (8).3. Loosen socket bolts (12) (11 used ) of cover (9)side to remove the cover from housing (8).Remove O-rings (3) (9 used ) from the cover.:5 mmIMPORTANT: As spool end (22) screw was coatedwith LOCTITE, be sure to heat thescrew to 200 to 250℃ (392 to 482 °F)before loosening it.4. Attaching wooden pieces to both sides ofspools (4) to (7), (15) to (19), secure each spoolin a vise. Then loosen spool end (22) to removespring seats (23) ( 2 used ) and spring (24) fromeach spool.:5 mmNOTE: As spring (24) is in its free length, there isno danger of it flying out.UPPERSTRUCTURE / Control ValveW2-5-9
