Disassemble Proportional Solenoid Valve• Be sure to read “Precautions for disassembly andAssembly” thoroughly on page W1-1-1 beforestarting the disassembly work.IMPORTANT: Take care not to lose spring (7) providedin the groove of solenoid (6)when removing solenoid (6).Do not turn lock nut (2) and adjustingscrew (4).1. Loosen socket bolts (1) (2 used) to remove solenoid(6).:3 mm2. Pull out spool (10) and remove diaphragm (9),washer (11) and spring (12).3.
