Removal
1. Loosen and remove bolts (2) (3 used), (3) and (4)
(2 used) of right side cover (1) to remove the
cover.

IMPORTANT: Cap all disconnected hose ends and
attach tags to the hoses for
reassembly.
2. Disconnect all hoses from control valve 2 (5).
: 19, 22, 27 mm
3. Remove mounting bolts (6) of control valve 2 (5)
to remove control valve 2 (5).
: 17 mm

Installation
1. Install control valve 2 (5) using bolts (6).
: 17 mm
: 50 N⋅m (5.1 kgf⋅m, 37 lbf⋅ft)

2. Reconnect all hoses to control valve 2 (5).
: 19 mm
: 29.5 N⋅m (3 kgf⋅m, 22 lbf⋅ft)
: 22 mm
: 39 N⋅m (4 kgf⋅m, 29 lbf⋅ft)
: 27 mm
: 93 N⋅m (9.5 kgf⋅m, 69 lbf⋅ft)

3. Install right side cover (1) to the body. Secure the
cover with bolts (2) (3 used), (3) and (4) (2 used).

: 50 N⋅m (5.1 kgf⋅m, 37 lbf⋅ft)

IMPORTANT: After installation, check the
hydraulic oil level. Start the engine
to check for any oil leaks.
